​I'm a career marketing/communications professional with more than 25 years of agency, nonprofit and municipal government experience. My background includes tenure at the City of Fort Worth, the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, and the San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau.

 

I'm fluent in Spanish and have gained extensive cultural knowledge over the years through my connection to the Latin American community and travels to Spain, Mexico, Central and South America.

 

I hold a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'em, Horns!), where I majored in Public Relations. I'm also very proud to have attained the CELTA certificate (Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults) from the University of Cambridge.

 

My professional and nonprofit affiliations include the Public Relations Society of America, Association of Fundraising Professionals, Leadership Fort Worth, and the Fort Worth Sister Cities Toluca, Mexico Committee.  

 

My husband, Sergio, and I are proud to call Fort Worth, Texas our home.
